These Portsmouth engagement photos will absolutely make you feel all the warm and fuzzies! Kelsey and Peter are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. They are a joy to be around and you can tell from a distance, they are head over heels in love. This particular summer evening in Portsmouth was ideal for their engagement photos. We started their engagement session downtown in Prescott Park and ended it in New Castle with a stunning sunset, complete with a harbor full of boats.
