It is always a treat to visit Bar Harbor, Maine but what I love even more is photographing weddings there! I absolutely adored Jennifer and Ira’s Bar Harbor Club wedding! The Bar Harbor Club is beautiful, not just because of the gorgeous views of the ocean but because of its unique charm. Jennifer and Ira’s Bar Harbor Club wedding was a celebration of a darling couple’s love and I am excited for you to see a sneak peek of their wedding photos.
Jennifer and Ira met at work. After a few years of just knowing of each other, their mutual friend formally introduced them and encouraged them to go on a date. They spent a little while causally hanging out and eventually starting dating.
Ira proposed to Jennifer in New York City the weekend before Christmas. One the first night of their weekend away, in front of the ice skating rink and the huge Christmas Tree, in Rockefeller Center, Ira asked Jennifer to marry him. He completely surprised Jennifer, who did not see the proposal coming!
Jennifer decided to do a first look with her father and it was so incredibly sweet! He was speechless when he saw her! 
Jennifer and Ira wrote their own vows, in addition to traditional vows. It was so sweet to see their personalities come out during their wedding ceremony.
Despite the shift in the weather, I still snuck Jennifer and Ira out for sunset photos. We took advantage of the gorgeous balcony views the Bar Harbor Club has. The balcony overlooks the ocean and Bar Island. 
Let the party begin!! Their dance floor was so full and fun!
