I am so excited to share this Mac’s Apples couple’s photos! Mac’s Apples has been a favorite place of mine since moving to New Hampshire. I absolutely love visiting during the spring when the apple blossoms are in full bloom. One night, Matt and I to took our dogs to walk through the orchard. I decided to share on my Instagram story how gorgeous the blossoms where. It didn’t take long for Katie to show up in my inbox saying her and Jay love to have their anniversary photos taken before the apple blossoms disappeared. Without hesitation, I jumped on the opportunity because it is a dream to photograph during this short window of time and because Katie and Jay are just so much fun!
I meet Katie and Jay the night they got engaged randomly on the street in Strawbery Banke in Portsmouth. That night, I conveniently also had my camera on me. This allowed me to capture a few photos for them which reflected their pure excitement over their recent engagement. I truly believe we met that night for a reason and I consider myself very lucky to have continued a friendship with these two. They are a complete joy to be around and so photogenic.
Soon after their engagement they realize they wanted to have a small, low key destination wedding on the beach in Aruba! Apple orchards are pretty spectacular places… it is like a fairy tale!
I cannot get over how sweet and affectionate Katie and Jay are. Everything about their love is amazing. At their wedding reception, they did a fabulous dip on the dance floor. We decided what better time to practice dipping again than when celebrating their wedding anniversary.
Katie and Jay, I hope you have many more beautiful anniversaries! You are such an incredible couple. I loved everything about our time together at Mac’s Apples!
