Maine farm weddings, who doesn’t love them?! The first time I visited Ponderosa Farm was for Leah and Mat’s engagement session. Although, the farm is not typically the Maine farm wedding venue, I can see why Leah and Mat decided it was the perfect place to have their farm wedding. The farm is owned by Mat’s family. It was a no brainer for them to have their wedding on their family land.

This Maine farm wedding was an amazing combination of country with glamour. The theme of their wedding in Leah’s words, “Mat has always been a country boy and we both love the country, yet I wanted a bit of elegance and sparkle because it is what I love, so we simply put the two together!”. Well, they nailed it! There was sparkle and glam along side the farm fields and cattle roaming in the pastures near by. Leah is very detail orientated and it showed in every aspect of their wedding, from the cute signs at the ceremony to the table pieces.

Leah and Mat have a very playful and fun relationship. Both of them were constantly laughing and smiling at each other. One of my favorite aspects of their wedding was how they incorporated their golden retriever, Daisy. She was one of the flower girls and Leah made she was decked out in the cutest accessories.
